How do I close my account?

To close your Fortrade trading account, please first close all open positions and withdraw your account balance (if any). Once your balance is zero, you can request account closure by contacting us via email at support@fortrade.com or by submitting your request through the mobile app.

Please note that, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, some of your personal data may be retained for up to 5 years after account closure for compliance and record-keeping purposes.
